Andreas Ottl (born March 1, 1985 in Munich, Bavaria, Germany) is a German footballer who currently plays as a defensive midfielder for Bayern Munich. He signed his 1st professional contract on July 1, 2005 and it runs until June 30, 2007. He also plays for Germany's U21 Team.

Ottl started playing soccer for the Munich football club SV Nord Lerchenau (1991-1996). Since 1996 he played for different youth teams of the FC Bayern Munich. In 2002 Hermann Gerland (the trainer of the Bayern Munich II team) nominated him to play in the Regionalliga (third division). As Ottl was one of the leaders of the third division team, he was given the chance to play even for the Bundesliga team.
